Questions people ask before downloading
Is Rinta affiliated with my university?
No. Rinta is an independent product. It is not an official body, does not act for your university and takes no action in your name. University names are used for identification only.
Do you ask for my university password?
No, never. You sign in with a code sent to your university email, which confirms you are a student — nothing more.
Where do the course details and questions come from?
From the public sections catalogue, from past exam papers and course sources, and from the files you upload yourself. We do not read your grades or open your university account.
Is Rinta free?
Yes — free during launch, with no subscription and no payment method. Any paid plan will be announced with its price before you are asked for it. See Pricing, cancellation & refunds.
My university isn't listed — what can I do?
We started with students of Prince Musaid bin Abdulrahman University (formerly the Saudi Electronic University). Choose your university in the app to join the waiting list — demand decides who's next.
How do I delete my account and data?
Directly from inside the app, and everything you uploaded is erased with it. The steps are on Account deletion.
